How Do We Do It?

  • Together, through a process of Entry and Definition we answer the following questions:

    What does the organization, group, or individual want to create/see more of?

    What are our wants and needs of our engagement together?

    Surface any parameters or barriers to creating the future possibility

  • Together we will identify the positive deviants or problems through a series of engagements which will help us answer the following questions:

    Where have you seen a change like this happen or work in the past?

    What structures or systems do you have in place that could help or hinder the process of getting to your more desired future?

    Who or what can we use to help us reach our idea or future possibility?

  • After gaining clarity on where we are going and where we currently are, together we innovate, improvise, and design the systems for the future by answering the following:

    What would need to be true from your lens to say this project has been a success?

    What touch-points or updates are needed throughout the delivery of this project? To Whom? When?

    Who is going to do what to carry this project after I am no longer supporting it?

    From there, me and my team will design the structures, tools, and/or products to move the idea, project, or more desired future to fruition.

  • After systems, structures, or products are designed, together we will reflect on ways in which we met our future, how we can improve upon what we created, and any adjustments that need to be made in the future.

    We will use data to gauge our success and follow what the data tells us to continue to reach toward our new desired future.

  • Designing Asset-Based Teacher Reports and Individual Education Plan Reflection Tools

  • Launching Remote School: including creation of systems for parent engagement, communication, attendance grading, and credit recovery

  • Designing Catalog of Services and Development for staff development for novice teacher training

  • Developing systems of work flow identification, tracking, and reporting

  • Creating system to help group or organization Manage Towards Outcomes

  • Supporting leaders to articulate a vision that is aligned with organizational goals
